Release Junmai Ginjo
Technically qualifying as a junmai
daiginjo, this junmai ginjo has a deep, mellow fruitiness
of peaches and strawberries balanced by a crisp, white pepper
finish. It is soft, round and layered. It should be served
chilled but allowed to approach room temperature. It perfectly
complements American barbeque and grilled, smoked or spiced
foods.
