Kimoto Junmai
Ginjo
This sake has great balance and finesse.
At first light and airy, it soon shows layers and depth. Its
citrus notes are balanced by hints of bamboo. It is one of the
only kimoto junmai ginjos produced in all
of Japan. It should be served chilled and enjoyed with light
foods like salad, fish and white meats.
