Yamahai Junmai
This yamahai junmai is
a great introduction to yamahai. Though not as wild
as many, it has an underlying smokiness and subtle fruitiness,
with lots of umami, or “deliciousness.” It should
be served chilled and pairs well with cheese, barbeque and broiled
and smoked meats.
