Monday, September 13th, 2010, we will host a sake dinner at The Good Fork restaurant in Red Hook, Brooklyn, 391 Van Brunt Street, between Coffey and Van Brunt, Tel: 718-643-6636. $75 per person plus tip.  For the first time on American soil, we will taste Seikyo and Maboroshi Sakes from the Nakao Brewery in Hiroshima, Japan.  We will also feature Yuki No Bosha from Akita. The presidents of both Breweries will be presenting their sakes–new and exciting brews! Please call The Good Fork to make reservations.
